Fishing Regulations for the Florida Keys and  Key West
The following is a brief summary and may not be complete. For in-season information and current regulations, visit the Division of Marine Resource's, Office of Fisheries Management's on-line 'Fishing Lines' magazine or call the numbers listed below. Local regulations governing the taking of saltwater products may exist and you should contact the Florida Marine Patrol (FMP) Field Office nearest the location where you will be engaging in these fishing activities.
